As the largest farm in our portfolio, resulting in a more diverse range of elevations we produce more than just coffee to keep our workers and community fed.

As the largest farm in our portfolio we are applying the learnings from El Quetzal to this larger estate. Investments are currently underway to expand and enhance our production, increase our hands on management, and increasingly move from coffee blends to single varietals.
