Our Classic Medium-Dark Java, our modern, light roasted Yellow Catuai, and our Modern medium Espresso blend show a range from floral Japanese whiskey to bright melon to a fuller body espresso blend of Java, Yellow Catuai, and our Catimor & Caturra. All of these coffees are grown on El Quetzal and represent the largest share of our production annually.
