Description
While the varietal dates back to its discovery in 1711 on Réunion Island, production is historically low around the world but here at EQCC it's definitely on the up! This unique varietal has a gentle, fruit forward flavor that sets it in a category of its own.
Our price point reflects the care, low yields, and scarcity of acquiring this coffee. Until recently, few outside Japan or Réunion Island had ever tasted it and we feel it's right there with the Geishas and other heavy hitters.
