Our Yellow Catuai is one of our most popular offerings in 2026. This coffee has fruit forward notes of yellow fruit, walnut, caramel, and a balanced, round cup. The yellow fruit is a mutation of the more common red Catuai often found in Brazil and other origins. However, our coffee has a more complex and crowd pleasing flavor than those grown at lower elevations.

With scores ranging from 84.5 to 85 we're seeing a strong interest from roasters in adding this coffee to their lineup and this coffee won't last long.
