We grow the coffee, mill it ourselves at Beneficio San Miguel, and ship it from the farm in Matagalpa — so whatever you ask reaches the people who actually picked it. Roasters wanting samples, questions about a bag you already have, or a plan to visit at harvest: it all comes to us directly, and we usually reply within a working day.
