Grown on our strictly high-grown estate and processed at our Beneficio San Miguel mill in Matagalpa, these beans are carefully selected to ensure a consistently exceptional coffee experience. Our roasting process unlocks the classic flavors of Nicaragua: comforting chocolate notes, low acidity, and the satisfying taste that has made Matagalpa a celebrated coffee region for generations.
