Our Yellow Catuai presents has become a favorite. It's sweet, fruity, floral notes hit all of the highlights of El Quetzal. The yellow varietals present differently from a traditional red Brazilian origin, benefiting from our terroir and the unique mutation resulting in yellow fruit. 

We currently have this coffee in our office as a delightful, crowd pleaser. It won't last long. Roaster feedback has been phenomenal in 2025 and we're keeping some for ourself. Purchase now while we still have availability until next harvest.

• Score: 85
• Fruity, floral and honey notes. It can also have an aftertaste of cocoa, toffee and liqueur, guava and mango.
