El Quetzal Estate coffees are sourced direct from our fourth generation family farms, dried at our mill, Beneficio San Miguel in Matagalpa, and selected by us to provide the best, most consistent cup of coffee possible. 

Our estate coffees are identified by their strictly high grown varietals and are roasted to highlight the qualities that you will find comforting and familiar. Chocolates tones, lower acidities, and profiles emphasize typically makes Nicaraguan coffees great and what's made Matagalpa a renowned coffee producing region for generations.
