  • This is the backbone of our SHG blend adding depth to dark Italian and French roasts. 
  • This coffee adds a dark chocolate base without becoming bitter even when roasted near second crack.
  • When roasted too lightly or without enough heat Caturra can be succeptible to quakers but medium to dark roasting does not have this issue.
