Modern-style, Medium Roast Espresso

Our espressos are single source blend of our coffees. We use a Catimor and Caturra to add body, sweetness and using more fruit forward Villa Sarchi and Yellow Catuaí to add depth. We developed this blend to stand up to milks or on its own. We utilized air roasters to avoid excess bitterness or over roasting.

Our philosophy is to roasted lighter and choose varietals that add bitterness without turning to a Robusta or burnt profile. This results in a lighter than traditional espresso color but fully developed to extract as you'd expect with an espresso. We think this provides an ideal balance of well-developed flavors of the darker roasts and while stepping it back a bit to let the natural flavors. 

This offerings includes:

• Our Strictly high grown Caturra and Catimor blend to add body, creaminess and a touch of bitterness.
• Yellow Catuaí to round out with more delicate sweetness and yellow stone fruit
• Villa Sarchi to add additional fruitiness you expect from a Bourbon
