Villa Sarchi is a bourbon coffee varietal that we turn to frequently for adding complexity to to the cup. It's chocolate, green apple, and nuts, and citrus create a well rounded cup. We find it a great coffee on it's own as well as adding depth to blends and medium roasted espressos.
