Villa Sarchi is a naturally mutated bourbon coffee varietal that has a small, but mighty bean. We find it a great coffee, offering a mix of refined acidity, intense fruit flavors and a lovely sweet finish. Depending on the roast you may find notes of dark chocolate, nuts and brown sugar, with a bright acidity to contribute to a smoother body.
