Description

Strictly High Grown coffee is intended for medium to espresso coffees, this offering provides a great body, the dark chocolate and slight bitterness you want from a great cup of espresso. 

All of our coffees from El Quetzal are Strictly High Grown but this blend of predominantly catimor and caturra provides an excellent basis for blends, especially for blends. Compared to many micro-lots we find it to be a forgiving coffee that develops consistently with a complex flavor and chocolates.
